Add the onion slices to the jar.
Pour the lime juice directly over the onions into the jar.

Refrigerate the onions for at least 2 hours.
For the best flavor and color, refrigerate for 24 hours.

- 5 limes, juiced
- 1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
