Copycat Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

This copycat recipe tastes so much like the original that I don’t even buy it anymore- I just keep this in my spice cupboard instead! It’s one of the key ingredients in my Overnight Pulled Pork recipe, courtesy of my incredible husband, Paul. The recipe is so easy and takes but a minute or two to put together, and you can increase the batch size to fit whatever container you have!

  1. […] This is actually my husband, Paul’s recipe that he taught me in the very beginning of our relationship. As he says in his mellifluous British accent, it’s an “easy, cheeky” recipe that only uses 4 ingredients, one of which is a 2L “full-fat” bottle of Coca-Cola to provide flavor and a cooking liquid. As Paul says, “who would have thought that cooking with Coca-Cola would be so tasty?!” The other key ingredient is my Copycat Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. […]
